Why We Started The Dolphin AI
We are three batchmates who grew up in Bihar — and we kept seeing the same painful story over and over. Someone with a brilliant business idea, a clear head for entrepreneurship, genuine passion. But no path forward. No capital. No digital skills. No one to guide them.
Banks wouldn't talk to them without collateral. Government schemes had endless paperwork. Moneylenders charged ruinous interest. And so the idea died — not for lack of talent or will, but for lack of access.
We asked ourselves: what if someone provided not just the money, but everything else too? The market research, the tech setup, the weekly mentorship, the legal structure, the physical visits to stay accountable? What if the backer's earnings were tied to the entrepreneur's success — so they were genuinely motivated to help?
